Review of Public Interest Law

The Constitution of South Africa with its entrenched Bill of Rights has provided South Africans with a framework to address the historical legacy of apartheid and to deal with poverty and inequality. It is intended to be a living document which provides our society with the values and principles to conduct our interaction with each other recognising the diversity and the plurality of our society.
