The Foundation for Human Rights (FHR) introduces you to the Participation and Development of Capabilities of Civil Society in realising Socio-Economic Rights in South Africa (SERSA) Programme Report. The SERSA programme, which was funded by the Government of the Flanders and implemented from 2013-2016, focused on promoting sustainable farming among previously disadvantaged and vulnerable groups in rural and urban areas of the Free State, KwaZulu-Natal and Limpopo with a view of alleviating poverty and food insecurity.
